Soft Matte Gel ... a transparent, flexible acrylic medium for transfer techniques and collage adhesive - Finnabair Art Basics by Prima Marketing.
Transparent, flexible, permanent, acrylic medium with a matte finish. Use for transfer techniques, as a papercraft glue for collage and mixed media, mix with textures (sand, beads, fibres). Use on its own or mixed with mica powders, paint, inks and or pigments. Makes a great base for custom gels and paints.
High quality matte (non shiny but clear) gel medium for arts and crafts, including mixed media, collage, sculpture and painting. Apply with a palette knife, texture tool, brush or fingers.
Being transparent / clear, it allows the surface colour to remain intact, giving you the flexibility to use it over other layers in your art - rather than cover it entirely with another colour.
