Tim Holtz Distress Collage Medium in Matte (smooth, flat, flexible, almost invisible once dry, transparent) is designed for adhering (gluing), basecoating, sealing artwork, layers, embellishments, surfaces and elements in all kinds of arts, crafts, collage, journaling, scrapbooking and mixed media projects.
When wet has a white gel-like appearance. Sets quickly and dries to a clear, transparent with a flat, smooth, matte finish (non shiny), almost invisible. Shrinks as it dries, enabling it to be used for buttons, keys and frames.
Apply with a paintbrush, spatula, palette knife or silicon art tool. Alter with Distress or acrylic paint, Distress Reinkers or Distress Oxide Reinkers for more effects.
Clean up tools and accessories with soap and water before it dries. Scrapes off most art and craft mats easily even when dry.
