Crochet ... Thinlits Die Cutting Templates by Tim Holtz, made by Sizzix.
This set of Thinlits templates featuring 4 (four) beautifully "stitched" crochet borders, designed for use in almost any project you wish to create. They are delicate and fine, just like real crochet lace edging!
This set contains 4 templates.
Sizes are approx : 5 1/2" x 5/8" to 6 1/8" x 1 1/4".
You're not limited to a short piece of lace edging either because the dies can be moved along your cardstock or paper to make it longer, no joining required! Imagine adding all these gorgeous pieces into your project. The tiny cutout pieces could be used as texture or to create mosaics too :)
Thinlits are wafer thin chemically etched die templates designed to cut, emboss or stencil a single sheet of cardstock, paper, fine metallic foil or vellum. Because of their fine details, Thinlits may require up to three passes to cut all the intricate pieces. If extra help is needed for easier separation of the die-cut shape from the template, place wax paper between the Thinlits die and your material and then roll through your preferred machine.
Thinlits are designed for use with the Sizzix die cutting and embossing machines (eg, Big Shot Pro and Vagabond) and also compatible with most hand-turned die cutting machines (eg, Cuttlebug).
Thinlits are also able to emboss when combined with an Impressions Pad and Silicone Rubber sheet (it presses rather than cuts due to the less pressure).
To stencil, trace around the shapes with pen, pencil or ink. Apply ink to the die cutting edges to print and emboss at the same time.
This set includes a handy plastic storage envelope. For easy identification, trim off the printed label and slip into the envelope.
