Sizzix Mat Board is a thick custom-made double sided matte artboard with a smooth surface on both sides, ideal to use for paper sculpture and model making, making books, shaped boxes, containers, framing, giftboxes, die cut shapes and more.
Cut out using your favourite Sizzix Bigz Steel Dies and Scoreboards Dies, together with a Big Shot die cutting machine (incl BigShot Foldaway, Plus, Pro or Switch Plus machines) or an electronic die cutting machine that is strong enough to cut through a 1.2mm solid substrate.
Alterable with inks, paints, stains, pencils, markers and other mediums with stamps, stencils, brushes, blending tools - surface itself feels similar to Bristol paper (sold separately) in that it is smooth and porous. Go lightly with sprays and wet mediums!
