Strathmore Photo Mount Blank Greeting Cards feature heavyweight cardstock with a black core (so if distressed, reveals black cardstock throughout), with an elegant embossed frame 12mm wide around the front of the card. The embossed border features simple lines, dots and scrollwork around a space large enough to display a 6"x4" photo or artwork. The envelopes are also black with a slight textured surface.
Designed for displaying photographs and artwork, however is also fantastic for creating directly onto the cardstock with collage, painting (not too wet), mixed media projects, stamping (and heat embossing), and various other creative techniques. The black makes colours stand out and frames artwork beautifully.
