Watching paint dry can be so rewarding, especially when you leave it alone while it is drying! I have taken to creating in a couple of journals at once so that I learn to leave one alone while it dries. Then of course, both need to dry don't they... but all is not lost!
Updating this blog post with shimmery Spritz and Cello Tape thoughts and product arrivals, and just realised it is July now, so a new blog post will be started soon. My new mantra is "time is on my side" in my bestest singing voice to hopefully encourage time to slow down a little :)
Dina's groovy Art Cards arrived the other day and I amused myself with making a little booklet using canvas tape for hinges cut up using zigzag scissors (pinking shears), with Tim's paper dolls propped up on each page plus a few transparency scraps and Idea-Ology pieces held down with temporary tape.
When it is finished, I'll take more photos and share step by steps on my Creative Space and in the social worlds in hope that it inspires you to try this too!
The latest newsletter has a typo in the subject line, however, done is better than perfect so I won't resend it as it isn't important enough to stress out about - please simply disregard the word 'copy' as it isn't a copy, it is the real thing! lol :) Thanks so much for reading my essays!

oh my! What an awesome new series of designs (frogs, cats, bunny and body, chook, paper dolls, more awesome designs, beautiful leaves, and did I say frogs?) and extra long stamping block. You can never have too many of these handy tools! These will surely love hopping about in our stash of favourite arty treasures 🐸💚🤹🎨😻🌈🐰🐔🐸💚 A tad excited 😂

Distress Spritz - are inStore and look gorgeous! Thanks for waiting with us for Tim's arty goodness! The shimmery content, mica pigment in rich gorgeous colours, is similar to Dylusions Shimmer Sprays, Distress Mica Stains and Distress Metallic Mica Stains - however they dry differently to the Dylusions and have a completely different binding medium to all 3 kinds of Shimmer Sprays. Distress Sprits have a clear-ish inky medium which is watersoluble before it dries. Layerable, splatterable, distressable subtle shimmer :) Fun for every moment.
The spare sprayers will be here from August, while the empty storage tin will be available to buy closer to October 2024.
Distress Spritz by Tim Holtz and Ranger is a pearlised fusion of colourful mica pigment and clear medium to create a shimmery splattery and or solid effect on paper and card surfaces in colours that compliment the whole Distress rainbow. Each bottle contains 1 fl oz (29ml) with a fine spritzing nozzle and easy to hold container. Choose one colour or buy all 12 gorgeous colours!

Idea-Ology Cello Tape Update ... 5 July 2024 - I have just found out that there is a longer delay for the delivery of Tim's Idea-Ology Cello Tape. This magical tape was meant to be delivered mid July, however, due to the unforeseen popularity, Advantus Corp (who make Tim's Idea-Ology) are having trouble keeping up with demand and simply cannot make it fast enough! Our next delivery is September, unless we are really lucky and get it earlier :) I will update the tape later so you can buy it again when it is flying over to us. Thanks for being wonderfully patient!

They've taken a few months but those that we could source are finally here :) Stocks are limited however we have plenty of each at the moment. Dina Wakley MEdia News ...
Dina has returned home from swimming with hammerhead sharks and iguanas, having had a whale of a time :) It is so inspiring to see the incredible underwater world through her camera lens.
Dina's PreOrder Update ... Dina's latest arty treasures have landed, earlier than anticipated which is most excellent. Latest Crafty Make ...
This was made in April but we've been a tad busy since Tim released the Idea-Ology range! lol :) Our blurb in FB/Insta said : the Dance of the sugar plum fairies in a beautiful garden where all the good things grow. With happy smiles and twinkling eyes, and smiling merry Fairy folk.
