Shipping policy
'Art by Jenny' is an online shop based in South Australia. As of 1st June 2026 we only deliver Australia wide.
We use Australia Post to send art supplies and craft materials to any location within Australia - including PO Boxes, islands, remote stations, bays, houses, units, apartments, flats, homes or businesses ... anywhere and everywhere throughout all of Australia.

Shipping Policy ...
Your order is usually on its way to you with Australia Post within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday) of ordering. However, sometimes when PreOrder products arrive inStore it might take longer to process and pack parcels. I'll always let you know if there is a delay or unexpected tragedy (also known as temporarily out of stock). Having mental health days, time off on a weekend and or public holidays sometimes has an impact on our packing speed too.
PreOrders ... Please be aware that any item bought in the same transaction as a product that is purchased in advance (PreOrder) may be put on hold until the new treasures arrive. Timeframes and waiting times vary, updates are in each item description (and are updated regularly), or contact us for details. If you wish to have the items on hand posted promptly, your PreOrdered item/s may incur additional postage.
If your order is urgent please contact us to let us know or simply choose the paid Express Post (optional extra fee for fast delivery).
Parcel Insurance and Signature Upon Delivery from Australia Post are optional extras, prices vary. Contact us if you wish to have them added.
Customs fees and or import duties are your responsibility. Art by Jenny is not liable financially or otherwise responsible in any way for any fees, taxes or anything else that arises before, during or after delivery.
All parcels are sent from Art by Jenny using an Australia Post trackable service. You will receive a notification from our shop by email after you order as well as once the parcel is on the way. Delivery fees are calculated by price, size and or weight of a parcel. Use the simple shipping calculator in the shopping cart for various choices. Final costs are calculated when you go through the Check Out.
Please ensure you check that all your details including delivery address and contact information are correct.
Timeframes for processing and packing by 'Art by Jenny' then delivery by Australia Post are a guide only and do not take into account any delays, busy times, weekends, mental health days, and or public holidays. If your order is urgent please contact us to let us know.
Extra large parcels, heavy products or bulky items that weigh more than 5kg or their cubic measurement is deemed to be over 5kg (even if they're light) ... these are not valid to receive the FREE Express Post service (even if it is an option in the check out). For example, Tim Holtz Rotary and Precision Trimmers, craft machines, large books in multiple quantities, bigger storage tins in multiple quantities. Express Post Service is available for an extra fee if personally requested before or after by reply email within 12 hours of purchasing. Otherwise, all large, bulky and or heavy items will be sent using Standard Parcel Post with Tracking.
All prices mentioned anywhere and everywhere throughout all of the 'Art by Jenny' website and or online shop are in Australian dollars.
Art by Jenny reserves the right to alter and or remove any offers and adjust prices, policies and any other elements of this website at any time without notice.
'Art by Jenny' is not financially liable or otherwise for missing, lost, returned for any reason, misdirected or delayed parcels (with or without tracking) - but we will do our best to help sort out any problem if and when it happens.

Other Postage Information
Timeframes for delivery once it has left our store are governed by Australia Post and are a guide only as they do not take into account any busy times, delays, weekends and or public holidays. Keep the tracking number handy until your parcel arrives. Any problems, contact us or Australia Post.
Once it leaves the Art by Jenny's premises in South Australia, it may take anywhere between 1 to 30 days depending where you are and what postage service you choose. I will not be held liable for how long it takes to travel from the shop to the final destination or for lost, missing, broken or damaged parcels and their contents. When treasure leaves our shop it is in perfect condition, packed carefully and labeled clearly.
If a parcel is unclaimed and or returned to us for any reason, we will contact you to find out what you wish to do with it. Cancelling the order after being returned to us will have admin costs deducted from the total original transaction. Re-posting a parcel back to you will incur additional costs to be paid before the parcel is resent.
'Art by Jenny' is not financially liable or otherwise for missing, lost, returned for any reason, misdirected or delayed parcels (with or without tracking) - but I will do my best to help sort out any problem if and when it happens.
Since the worldwide Covid pandemic, deliveries to and from my shop may experience delays while our posties and couriers continue to stay safe while working as fast as they can.
If you change your delivery address at any time, don't forget to update the apps you use on your phone as well as the computer accounts... update your address everywhere on all devices, just to be sure!
Its always a good idea to organise a redirection notice with Australia Post as well, just to cover all bases until you've told everyone you moved.
Delivery and Tracking ... To make it more efficient for you, I will include your email address into the Australia Post MyPost labelling system when I buy the label for your parcel. This little detail enables you to have control over where you wish your parcel to be left, hidden in a safe place or redirected. It also sends you notifications each time your parcel is scanned and delivered. You can choose to use your mobile phone number instead (or as well as) if you wish. Let me know if you do - If you do NOT wish your email or mobile to be shared with the Australia Post parcel system, please let me know as soon as you can.
Of course, sometimes thing go wrong no matter how well we plan but rest assured, I will always be here to help as best I can if anything does go wrong. Australia Post and your local postie are also available to help.
