Business Hours ...
Monday to Friday - usually open 10am to 5pm (SA time) . these are the days we pack and send orders, help with enquiries, chat in emails, run errands, write product news blog posts, upload photos of created artworks and write chatter, update the What's New and PreOrder categories, upload awesome new products, clean the shop, drink coffee, and do bookkeeping :)
Wednesdays - sometimes working, sometimes having a day off.
Saturday, Sunday - closed for arty days off for crafty humans.
Our online shop is open 24/7, 8 days a week . our shop never sleeps.

If you contact us while we're asleep or closed, we'll answer as soon as we can during regular business hours!
