Die Cuts ...
To alter the chipboard words and cardstock shapes, simply apply your Distress ink (swiping through ink or blending with foams), Dylusions sprays or watercolour paints over the top of the white die cuts for a magical effect. Once the mediums are completely dry, gently wipe off any excess from the preprinted design using paper towel or soft cloth. The white imagery resists the colourful inks and paints, revealing the beautiful designs.
Attach to your artwork with double sided tape, collage medium, glue stick, sticky dots, staples or punch a hole and tie on with ribbon, twine or string.

White Rub-on Transfers ...
Burnish this beautiful collection of white rubons onto coloured or dark surfaces for instant effects. Use with light papers then apply Distress ink (swiping through ink or blending with foams), Dylusions sprays or watercolour paints over the top for a magical effect. Once the coloured mediums are completely dry, gently wipe off the excess from the transfers using paper towel or soft cloth.
Easy to apply to almost any dry surface. The designs have a sticky backing which adheres permanently on most surfaces including paper, cardstock, kraft, glass, acetate, plastic, stone. Smooth paper works better than rough or rice paper, but with a bit of encouragement it should work (eg, keep burnishing until it sticks, doesn't always work but most of the time it does!).
Basics of Rub-on Transfers ... Trim a design from the main sheet with scissors or a craft knife, peel off the backing sheet and press onto your surface. If unsure of placement, don't let it touch the surface but hover over the paper so it doesn't stick. Using your preferred burnishing tool, rub over the design until the transfer sheet lifts off cleanly. Don't tug, simply keep burnishing until it releases.
I use the Tim Holtz Renmants Rub Tool (retired), bone scorer tool or simply my finger nail, I use whatever I have closest some days - rubons transfers and stickers have really improved over the years!
Vicki's gorgeous Irresistible arty treasures are perfectly enjoyable to use with ATCs (artist trading cards), memory keeping, card making, scrapbooking, art and junk journaling, tags, diaries, calendars, visual papercrafts of all the fun and arty kinds!
Happy Arty Days!
