Arty Festive Treasure Season ... 

I watched Tim's latest video last night while packing parcels til 1am so I could have today off ... it is Tuesday the 3rd of November today. Was hard to wake up though, but is totally worth it. I also watched a few of Dyan Reaveley’s videos from the past few weeks … they're both funny and make me smile, so great to chat with too (not that she or Tim can hear me! lol).

Being productive in a peaceful way like that is so good for the soul and it seemed to waft away alot of stress from the rollercoaster of life. Juggling work with home life of parents aging gracefully, while also trying to fit in time for me (while trying to be feel selfish for having time out, I am getting better thanks so all of you, I am so grateful). I was reading through some old text messages the other night (searching for something but can't remember what), and one I wrote said "life has thrown in a few obstacles and I can't do high jump" ;p lol ha ha ha I must put that in a journal :)

Anyway, the point of this story --- Tim's latest little houses video is filled with information, laughter. fantastic new and old amazing fresh ideas. Some of the things are so simple that you say, why didn't I think of that? Mind blown. Brilliant, as usual. He chats about the incredible makes showing lots of close ups, shows off his Precious, the new glue, surfaces to use when building houses and other groovy things. No rush, but definitely pop it on your must watch one day list. And a new thing to say from Mario - Treat Yo-self :D lol

This weekend will be the more extensive chatter about the new releases of Spritz, pearl texture paste and others… the pearl paste looks pretty!

Everything that Dina, Dyan and Tim have announced recently have been ordered, and will hopefully be with us one day soon. They'll be online on Thursday or Friday (this week!). That pearlescent texture paste looks very pretty and Tim's new friend "Beautiful" aka his Precious, aka Sidekick machine, has some very cool little dies that will be useful. Still working on how to get the machine :) Msg me if you need one too!

Including a few of Tim's Sizzix sets - Papercraft Village 1 and 2 plus the set of fixer uppers (I must learn the proper name) … I don’t think any of the Distress is limited edition except the bottles of Mica Flakes (which are the same as in the little jar but bigger quantity, same as the Dry Glitter). Chunky Glitter is the only one only available in the big bottle. Given how long we were able to continue to by the Chunky, we'll all be fine :)

And a quick thought for the next month that is sneaking up awfully fast - I’m having holidays from around the 10th or 15th Dec to mid Jan. Extra crafty days and coffee outings and more craftyness! Yay!

Thanks for reading! I'll refresh the info as it evolves especially when I have delivery dates ---- speaking of which --- I will get all the new products online on Thursday or Friday this week.

ps ... the photo of the lighthouse by Yuko Cooper is one of my all time favourites. It was created many years ago and can be made using any of the village dwellings - large, small or little :)
