Studio Light has arrived in Australia, all the way from the Netherlands.
Late last year (2017), Miranda van den Bosch (who is Rainbow Designs), teamed up with Studio Light, a wonderful art and craft company in the Netherlands. Together they create the most purrfectly adorable stamps and stencils.
Studio Light have been producing high quality papercraft products including stamps, stencils and scrapbook paper for over 20 years in the Netherlands. They have so many beautiful designs of their own and also work with other artists and designers. Another one of their artists, Marlene Meijer-van Niekerk (Art by Marlene), has some fantastic and fun designs as well :)
The collection of Studio Light products I've chosen to sell, use and collect include Miranda's Girls & Cats and Blooms.
You may have seen Miranda's beautiful colourful artwork throughout Pinterest or Facebook. She's been on various design teams around the world including the Copic Europe team. Her own brand, Rainbow Designs, is a collection of clear and foam stamps, stencils and canvas stickers (12x12 sheets of adhesive backed canvas in natural and black).
Above is one of my favourite pieces by Miranda... its a gorgeous colourful art journal page featuring a wonderful garden of multicoloured toadstools. Created using Dylusions ink sprays, paints and stencils with Copic markers.
Also in stock are Studio Light's mixed media range of stamps and stencils... I love the lime green packaging! Marlene's designs will be instore soon too. Can't wait to see what they're like too :D I love new treasure!
Miranda's newest series called Bloom (pictured right) will be instore one day soon :) It includes beautifully drawn textures, flowers, butterflies and toadstools.
I'm keeping a close eye on the Studio Light website, waiting patiently for the release date. We had a sneak peek the other day and I have to say, it looks like alot of fun! Can't wait :) As soon as I know more I'll let you know.
