These marvellous mixed media sets have excellent quality clear cling stamps and complimenting stencils - and they are awesome! The designs are inspiring and fresh, versatile enough to use with all our other favourite arty treasures. Flip and flop the stencils however you wish and enjoy the soothing brain-defragging stuff that happens while creating. Art may not be a cure for everything, but it really does help the crazy overthinking brain, calm the soul and heal from within.

Ad Astra ... this set has three versatile stencils from out of this world - scattered spots that waft across the area like a spattering of stars, a border of open triangles pointing inwards, a border of closed triangles also pointing inwards. The ten stamp designs include a portrait of an astronaut (waist up, front view) wearing a fab spacewalk helmet (perfect for potato farming on Mars), plus stars, planets, sparkles, floating tiny heart attached by cable, and text stamp saying "Ad Astra" (upper case modern retro triangular font) and "to the stars" in uppercase handwritten lettering.
Feed Your Soul ... three wonderful stencils designs with hoop-like mini rainbow shaped bumps, delicate feather silhouettes and X's in various sizes. The eleven stamp designs feature inspiring illustrations - a beautiful feminine Earthling (lady, woman, female) wearing a head of pretty flowers, ledger and stationery elements, splatters, an ornate edge piece, heartfelt wisdom (do what you love, feed your soul) and a wavy checkered piece.
Strength in Numbers ... create beautiful bold artwork with this set that includes three versatile stencils featuring large asterix (asterisks, stars with many blunt points) in a few sizes, numerals (numbers, digits, 0-9) in little boxes, maths signs (equals, times, tick, a fraction, etc) in a simple typestyle. The stencils are a wonderful eclectic collection of a man's portrait with scribbles, stars, grunge marks and a head full of numbers, portion of a tape measure, arrow with numbers, other numbers, some with shadow effects, a quote (lucky is a state of mind), and a paragraph of tiny text (numbers written out in words) and more.
The R's Have It ... this fantastic set includes three versatile stencils featuring stars in varied sizes, spots with crosses on them (also in different sizes, scattered over the area), and a stencil of swirly doodly thick lines. The stamps are of beautiful feathers and moth, doodled markings, a batch of numbers, words (unfolding, breathe, I am!) and gathering of words all starting with R in a random typographic style using different alphabet fonts.

Sizzix (also known as Ellison Education) have improved the packaging too. I love how they're trying to use less plastic especially as alot of our craft supplies are either made of plastic or packed inside plastic. Most packaging here at Art by Jenny is either used for making art, used as practice pieces, or cut up and wrapped around your orders to protect them during their journey through the delivery system.
The outer packing is a cardboard box, great for stamping or using to make books. It has a smooth white surface on the inside for all kinds of ideas, or cut up the miniatures on the outside of the box to use as journal fodder or ephemera.
The internal packing is a great idea and only in these four new Sizzix Studio sets at the moment (I'm hoping as we restock the others, they'll have the same internal frame). It is a light multilayered cardboard frame designed to keep the stamps settled during transit and helps keep the box from being squashed. This frame is so cool, perfect for altering and creating more art! Any excuse hey? :)
