Palette Paper Makes by Jenny - Pink

All you need is love 🎶 ... and Tim's Palette Paper Collection, a few die cutting templates, Sidekick die cutting machine, scissors, needle and thread, a spot of glue, and time to create! 💕😻

Lovely heartfelt handmade greeting card made by Jenny James featuring Tim Holtz Sizzix Thinlits 'Mischevious' and background of cutout hearts. Created using Idea-Ology Palette Collection Paper in tones of pink.

This fun loving card is for my Mum and Dad's 59th wedding anniversary (Feb 2026). I was going to use Snarky cat, but he would have scratched all the shiny hearts! These purrfectly adorable cats are made using Tim Holtz Sizzix Thinlits 'Mischievous', and they behaved beautifully, even staying still while I stitched their whiskers 😻

I've also used Tim's pink 8x8 Palette Papers, pinkish metallic and brown Idea-ology Kraft cardstock, black cardstock, linen thread, Tim's Sizzix Thinlits 'Falling Hearts' (664415) and 'Christmas Cutouts' (666064), along with Dylusions Wet Glue, Distress Collage Medium, Recoil scissors, craft pick, Tim's Sizzix 3D A5 'Lumber' embossing folder, and my BigShot and trusty Sidekick die cutting machines.

The above photo is a closeup of the black cat heads on pink papers after using needle and linen thread to grow whiskers. Tim's retractable craft pick was used to poke holes and haberdashery scissors to trim the threads.

Other ideas flowed through my mind about what to add - texture paste through stencils or inside some of the hearts, tissue overlays or extra wording to say 'happy anniversary'. However, the song goes, love is all you need, therefore it is!
