This A6 sized embossing folder with a layered, dimensional pattern of a beautifully quilted background, complete with double-rows of straight machine stitching making diamond shapes, covering the whole surface of the embossing folder. This versatile design will inspire you to create cards, tags, pockets for pages, layers of wonderful texture to use in your crafts.

A Texture Fades Embossing Folder is a tool used for adding dimension to card, papers, metallic foils, vellum and some textiles. It is made of durable plastic, hinged at the short end (generally referred to as "top").

To use, simply place your paper, foil or card in between the hinged plastic and run through your favourite embossing and die cutting machine. The substrate will be pressed into shape, giving a raised dimensional effect.

Tim Holtz's Sizzix 3-D Texture Fades Embossing Folders offer the deepest and boldest embossing designs with fine lines, intricate details and raised elements.

Sizzix says...
For bolder results, mist a very fine spray of water onto both sides of the paper or card before use and pass the folder through your machine one to three times and let dry. This will help make the design deeper and more permanent. It needs to be thoroughly dry before applying or distressing with ink.

Sizzix 3-D Texture Fades Embossing Folders are compatible with most die cutting and embossing hand-cranked machines including the BIGkick, Big Shot, Switch Plus and Vagabond machines using a single Cutting Pad and the machine's included Platform.
