Watercolour paper is fantastic for creative arts! The paper is 'series 400' which is an excellent quality. It resists bleeding through to the back of the paper, it has a strong surface (so less pilling and fluffing when using alot of liquids or lifting colour). Perfect for inks, watercolour, gouache and acrylic as well as pencils, crayons, pastels, mixed media, collage, making a sample book, art journal, junk journal, a practice book (you get better results when you use good paper), a watercolour style recipe book, memory book - anything at all.

The natural white colour of the paper is made using the traditional cold press technique which gives a soft light texture while allowing art to be created with fine marks, even washes, as well as spraying, lifting and scraping applications.

The book has a flat spine and softcover with a velvety matte finish. Its flexible design is a great option if you need a book for travelling or simply like to use a lighter book than a hardcover.
