This set of Tim stamps features a series of vintage advertising, each in a similar size with fine lines along the top and base of each panel.

Advert panels include ... a confectioner (sweets and cakes), a pharmacist (potions and perfumes), stamp manufacturer (who also makes shoes), butcher and grocer, electric light company (who do burglar alarms, telephones, bells), millinery (fashionable dressmaker), florist (bouquets, dried flowers, funeral designs, plants and shrubbery), furniture dealer (selling and furnishing cottages), livery stable (selling horses and carriages), fish market (fresh, salted and pickled), express and freight line travel advert (4 trips each way daily with a horse and carriage), painter (specialising in wallpaper hanging or rather 'paper hanging'). They're a wonderful bit of history!

Stamp sizes (approx) : each one is 2 3/8" x 1" high (58mm x 25mm).
