Idea-Ology Metal Adornments by Tim Holtz ... variety of symbols and words on little metal pewter (polished antique silver) coloured tags (round, rectangle, oval) and plaques (long banners) to use with mixed media, cardmaking, papercraft, scrapbooking and visual arts. 11 (eleven) designs (one of each), sized from 8mm round tags to 60mm long banners.

Add heartfelt finish to your make with these wonderful silver coloured tags and labels. The little round tags have "25" and 5-pointed stars (2 of each). The little rectangle and oval tags have the words sweets, wishes, joyful, wonder (1 of each). The larger banners (plaques) have the phrases Merry Christmas, Holiday Wishes, Season of Magic (1 of each). The typestyle for all is a raised lettering style in uppercase.

Tie on with ribbon, thread, string, brads (split pin fasteners), findings and pins or adhere with Distress Collage Medium (sold separately) so they don't move. Other ways to attach metal adornments to your artwork is with adhesive, rings, pins, paperclips, fasteners, brads, gel matte medium or tie it to a pocket. Use as they are or alter them to suit your project using distress techniques, alcohol inks, heat embossing, rubbing with Distress Crayon or Distress Paint, add texture and grit pastes and more. Use clear gesso to use watercolour effects.

Sizes (approx, including the rings) : round tags 8mm x 11mm, short oval 20mm x 8mm, short rectangles 20mm x 6mm, longer banners are 60mm x 10mm.
