Long slender pins on metal decorative metal brads with circular ring for attaching hanging elements with your layers, papers, buttons, trinkets and other embellishments to your scrapbook page, art journal, junk journal, book cover, mixed media, display make and other arty projects.

Whether you are looking for a unique and attractive way to hold your album closed or add in some contemporary embellishments these long fasteners are long enough to hold your layers and flexible enough to open and close by hand. You can attach practically anything to your project with ease.

These brads or split pins are light and easy to use - these fasteners won't weigh down your creation. Easy to use : make a tiny hole in your project using a Tim Holtz Retractable Craft Pick (sold separately), push the fastener through and bend back the 2 pins so they lie flat. I use the craft pick to bend back the pins and the handle ring end to push them flatter.

Use as they are or alter them to suit your project using distress techniques, alcohol inks, faux enamel with Distress Embossing Glaze and heat embossing, Distress Paint, add texture and grit pastes and more.

Sizes (approx) : the ring and flange (cap) are 9mm wide, the pins are 11mm long.

Pack contains 9 (nine) pieces in three vintage colours (pewter, copper, brass), 3 of each colour tone.
